Whats to Drink
We focused our Cocktail menu around the Pre-prohibition era. We make our own syrups, tinctures and shrubs. Hand juiced or expressed fruits and vegetables. During the summer months we source many of our ingredients for these cocktails from local farmers like our local CSA Heikes Farm. This said, the most current menu will be found in house as we are constantly changing it.
The List
THE FIRST RECORED OF A DEFINED COCKTAIL WAS IN 1806. “A STIMULATING LIQUOR, COMPOSED OF SPIRITS OF ANY KIND, SUGAR, WATER AND BITTERS." WE FIND THIS PERFECTLY FITTING FOR OUR STYLE. EACH OF OUR COCKTAIL RECIPES ARE AVAILABLE TO YOU. JUST ASK.
On the Rock
Originally called "Whiskey Cocktail", the Old-Fashioned was a stiff libation containing water, sugar, bitters, and whiskey. Today it is a cocktail of many facets. We've crafted a list of our best interpretations while staying true to the foundations.... well, mostly.
The Wine List
We rotate our wine list the same as we do our spirit list and beer list. So, come on in and find the wine you love and suggest another for our next round of changes.
Craft Bottles and Cans
Hand picked by you the customer and approved by Dakota Brick House. Send a message with suggestions.
Ciders
Made from fermented crushed fruit, typically apples
Seltzers
Hard sparkling water that contains carbonated water, alcohol, and often fruit flavoring. Light in flavor but brilliant in taste.
